Christmas Tree Festival - 2012

St Pancras Church in Arlington will be host to more than a dozen
decorated Christmas Trees for a Christmas Tree Festival on 1st and 2nd
December. The trees, sponsored and decorated by local families,
organisations and businesses will be on public display from 10 til 5pm
on Saturday and 11 - 4pm on Sunday.

Visitors can then partake of a free tea or coffee in the Village Hall
where there will be other refreshments on sale, a Christmas Cake
stall, various handmade Crafts, a display of paintings and photography
by local artists and stalls selling Christmas decorations and plants.
There will be a raffle on both days of Christmas Hampers which will
raise funds for Reverend Joshphat's African charity. 


A Concert of local talent, featuring the AdLibs, in St Pancras Church will start at 5.15pm on Saturday 1st December, followed by coffee, mince pies and 'hot toddies' in the Village Hall. Entry to all events is free but donations towards the upkeep of the beautiful historic building of St Pancras Church would be welcomed.

The final event of the village’s Festival weekend will be the annual Christingle Service in St Pancras Church at 4pm on Sunday 2nd December at which all are welcome.
